Five ways to deal with your company’s mistakes

Your company has embarked on an acquisition that you suspect is going to lead to years of computer snarl-ups and squabbling over job titles. Or it is expanding into the US with no regard for the many companies that have failed there. Or it is giving a much-loved product a new name because that is what it is called in the rest of the world.

These are not ethical red lines. They are not, usually, resigning matters. But you think they are going to cause the organisation damage. What should you do?

Here are my steps to take when you think your company is headed in the wrong direction. You probably have your own.
