Richard Fenning runs Control Risks, which advises businesses and governments on political, integrity and security risks. He joined the business in 1993 and became chief executive in 2005. Control Risks has offices in 36 countries and is owned by its employees. In 2013 it had revenues of £200m and advised more than 2,000 clients.
