Terror attacks on tourism hit poor countries the hardest

Killings at a Tunisian museum and on a beach. The downing of a Russian aircraft flying home from Sharm el-Sheikh. And, last month, lethal attacks in Paris on people from many countries attending a concert and a football match, and eating and drinking in bars and restaurants.
