Geely Automobile, one of China's most successful privately owned car makers, has said that a graft investigation against its non executive director and China Resources chairman Song Lin has "no impact on its business".
Mr Song is being investigated by the Communist Party's discipline commission after he was publicly accused of large scale corruption and of having an extramarital affair with a UBS banker.
Geely told the Hong Kong exchange:
