JPMORGAN KOREA CHIEF QUIZZED

The veteran head of JPMorgan Chase's South Korea operations has been questioned by local investigators probing insider trading allegations.

He has not been charged or found guilty of wrongdoing and the probe is continuing, according to people familiar with the matter. However, the affair risks damaging the bank's reputation in the country.

The country's financial watchdog has asked prosecutors in Seoul to investigate Steve Lim for possible violations of securities laws, the people said.
