When Liao Hsin-chung moved to Shanghai for work last year, he quickly agreed with most of his Taiwanese compatriots that the Chinese do not understand them.
But in contrast to the 1m other Taiwanese estimated to live China, the softly- spoken 32-year-old decided to do something about it.
