Donald Trump has arrived in South Korea for two days of talks with President Moon Jae-in on how North Korea can be forced to abandon its ballistic missile and nuclear weapon programmes.
The US president landed in Seoul on Tuesday after spending two days in Tokyo.
Tensions have escalated on the Korean peninsula this year as North Korea has accelerated the pace of its missile tests, launching its first inter-continental missiles, firing two rockets over Japan and conducting its sixth and largest nuclear test.
