The Lord Mayor gave a luncheon yesterday at the Mansion-house to meet Prince Tsai-Tse and Li Sheng-to and Shang Chi-hung, the Imperial Commissions from China, who are now in a visit to this country.

Bolton, Chairman of Lloyd’s, Major Bridges Webb, Chairman of the Baltic, Sir George Faudel-Phillips, Sir James Richie, Sir William Treloar, Admirals the Hon.
