De Blasio tells Cuomo to quit after ‘deeply troubling’ allegation

Lawyer for governor refers matter to police amid mounting calls for his resignation

New York City mayor Bill de Blasio has become the most prominent politician to demand that governor Andrew Cuomo resign, calling the latest sexual harassment allegation against him “deeply troubling” and “disgusting”.
