But Xunlei, a Chinese company whose software speeds up the ability of users to download data, videos and music from the web, is trying again for an initial public offering in the US.
On Friday, Xunlei filed paperwork with the Securities and Exchange Commission to list shares on the Nasdaq exchange in New York.
